▼ Are you in California and...

...thinking of relocating or investing in the Boise, Idaho area? Well, you have come to the right spot.  We both grew up in Southern California and relocated to the Boise area in 1992.  We love Boise and would not consider living anywhere else.  In fact, moving to Boise was the best thing that we ever did.

That said, there is an adjustment period.  Some things here are different than in California. We would be happy to assist you in setting realistic expectations for housing, employment, travel, recreation, social activities, kid activities and life in Idaho in general.  You may have heard the saying “You don’t know what you don’t know” - let us help you get in the know!

If you are looking for investment property we also own rental property ourselves.  We have represented many absentee owners over the years. There really is no “national” real estate market – everything is local and down to the individual neighborhood level.  We know the neighborhoods in and around Boise.  Cash flow, turnover, tenant laws and expenses are all different from California.  Give us call.
